Wedding Package Includes:
Minimum Food and Beverage
The Henry requires a minimum guaranteed food and beverage amount. This sum varies and is determined by the date, period, and location of your wedding. Taxes, service charges, ceremony fees, and other extra charges are not included in the food and beverage minimum.
Make a deposit
A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the food and beverage minimum for your event is due with your signed contract.
Vendors from the outside
The Henry allows outside vendors to help with décor and coordination. Outside suppliers must send an up-to-date copy of their liability insurance to The Henry. All outside vendors are responsible for the distribution, setup, and removal of all products leased by the client (for example, chairs, chargers, floral, décor, centerpieces, rose petals, and so on).
Banquet Facilities
Floor length black, white, or ivory linen and napkins, skirting, wooden parquet dance floor, risers, tables, hotel banquet chairs, glassware, flatware/china, and all required food service equipment are included in all packages. Any event that leaves behind trash, décor, or other products left by vendors will be charged a $500 cleaning fee. Any extra items left behind will be charged a $250 per day storage fee.
Arrangements for Planning
Your event will be assigned to an experienced Event Manager at The Henry. The Event Manager will help you finalize all of the details of your wedding. The Event Manager will be your primary point of contact at the hotel. Your Event Manager will provide you with a list of preferred wedding professionals if you need a personal wedding planner/coordinator.
Taste testing
The Henry offers a free sampling for up to four people 45 days before your planned event for weddings with 100 guests or more.
